The use of The Leader in Me, has been designed to help participants gain the skills and knowledge needed to pursue their career and college aspirations. We work with each individual to develop their skills and confidence, while providing them with the tools needed to succeed.

At Empower Memphis Career and College Prep, we are dedicated to helping students become successful in their future career paths. We partner with local businesses and organizations to provide students with the resources they need to be successful. Through studying various professions, participating in clubs that focus on students interests, internships, career simulations, and financial literacy we seek to cultivate career mindsets. Our goal is to empower students to make informed and well-thought out decisions about their future.
