In partnership with families, Empower Memphis Career and College Prep is a K-8 charter school, with an unwavering obligation to accelerate academic achievement, foster individuality, and cultivate career mindsets, of all students, as early as Kindergarten. Through differentiated instruction, interest-based studies, leadership development, and career simulations and internships. Empower Memphis Career and College Prep students are invested in their future and prepared to pursue their career paths of choice with confidence and conviction.

In accordance with T.C.A. 49-13-111(a)(5), Empower Memphis Career and College Prep will provide educational services to all students regardless of disability, English proficiency, or other diverse needs. Empower Memphis Career and College Prep is open to all students and will serve the needs of all students who enroll.

Our academic program is designed to provide guidance and support to all students as they navigate their academic journey. We provide differentiated instruction, interventions, and tutoring to help students achieve their goals and accelerate their academic success.

We are dedicated to helping our students reach their full potential. We strive to foster individuality and focus on core values and character education. We believe that every individual has the power to succeed and that through our guidance and mentorship we can help them reach their goals. The use of The Leader in Me, has been designed to help participants gain the skills and knowledge needed to pursue their career and college aspirations. We work with each individual to develop their skills and confidence, while providing them with the tools needed to succeed.

At Empower Memphis Career and College Prep, we are dedicated to helping students become successful in their future career paths. We partner with local businesses and organizations to provide students with the resources they need to be successful. Through studying various professions, participating in clubs that focus on students interests, internships, career simulations, and financial literacy we seek to cultivate career mindsets. Our goal is to empower students to make informed and well-thought out decisions about their future.
